Our company shall be responsible for the quality of the goods offered and in this regards we make the promises follows:

1. Warranty period: The Warranty period shall be 12 months of successful operation or 18 months from date of Taking Over, whichever occurs earlier. In case there is any failure resulting from the quality of products, the warranty will be extended accordingly. The extended period shall be at least 12 months from the date of re-operation.

2. Quality service for the whole operation life: Our company will follow up the quality of the goods offered (including the operating insulators which exceed the life span)

3. Strictly according to the order contract, provide the goods which conform to the design standards and quality requirements.

4. Strictly inspect the control the quality of raw materials and components purchased outside.

5. We guarantee that the goods offered will be manufactured with newly-advanced technology, and be subjected to entire inspection. The goods which have any defects will not be submitted.

6. We will be fully responsible for the supplies, quality, performance, interface and services concerning sub-suppliers. The sub-suppliers which will supply key component or raw materials shall conform to relevant qualification requirements and get the approval of purchasers.

7. According to the stipulations of contract, we will submit relevant standards and drawings to the witness agent and we will facilitate the witness engineer to inspect. We will inform the witness agent 7 days in advance to inspect the required process or component.

8. In case defects of goods occur during the manufacturing process, we will inform the purchaser and witness agent timely, and all these will not be concealed.

9. If the there is defect with the product make it do not conform to the contract requirements, We warrant that the products shall be replaced free of charge. During the installation and trial operation, in case quality problem occurs, we will solve the problem with utmost attention making sure the projects can be proceed as schedule according the schedule.

10. While opening the package, if lack and missing of components due to other reasons are found, we shall supplement the required components free of charge as soon as possible. During the installation, debug and operation, if any failures occur due to our manufacturing quality, we shall bear the responsibility, and pay for the direct economic loss suffered by the purchaser.

What are the acceptable forms of payment?
Usually payment is handled by T/T or L/C, accept in EUR or USD currency.

What is the minimum quantity we have to order?
LV tension porcelain insulator at least by 1000 pcs, HV tension porcelain insulator at least by 100 pcs.

What is the average shipping time?
About 10-30 days by sea freight, depending on destination and route, rush items can be delivered using air freight.

What is the average time to get the sample?
It will depend on the number of items and specifications of the products. if products are already being manufactured, the process usually takes 7-10 days.

All of our products have been checked and inspected carefully, we can guarantees that this product will regular service at least more than one year.
